Ipswich Hospital community meetings
Ipswich Hospital is holding a series of community meetings and we would like lots of local people to attend.
Ipswich Hospital is hosting a series of conversations with Suffolk residents to find out exactly what matters to local people when it comes to the health service.
Five community venues in the county will play host to five public meetings next month, each headed by a member of the hospital's Trust Board.
The dates and venues are:
- Monday, 17 October, Riverside Centre, Stratford St Andrew, 6pm
- Tuesday, 18 October, Felixstowe Town Hall council chamber, 6.30pm
- Thursday, 20 October, Hintlesham and Chattisham Community Hall, Hintlesham, 7pm
- Monday, 24 October, Ipswich Waterfront Building of University Campus Suffolk (Lecture Theatre 1) at 6.30pm
- Tuesday, 25 October, Stowhealth, Violet Hill Road, Stowmarket, 6.30pm
Each meeting will last 60 minutes. Guests will learn the latest news from the hospital, including an update on its well publicised finances, and have a chance to take part in a question and answer session.
A number of hospital Governors - elected to represent local people - will also be at each meeting.
There is no need to book, just go along.
