A meeting of Palgrave Parish Council will be held in the Community Centre, Palgrave at 7.15pm on Thursday 14 February 2013.
Note: The public have the right to attend Parish Council meetings. Parishioners may be invited to speak during an adjournment. - 12.12.18 Provision of Car parking spaces off The Green, reply received from Mr Howell.
- To consider any Planning Applications or receive Decisions:
- 0218/13 Cedarwood, Lows Lane, Palgrave. Construction of new roof, to incorporate 1st floor accommodation.
- Update on Roads and Traffic Report, including report from Footpaths Sub-Committee on The Lows bollard
- Community Development – to discuss initial proposals
- Financial Report – to authorise payment of:
- Street Lighting Invoice from SCC £1,125.56 including VAT
- Clerk’s Salary for January 2013 £183.57 standing order
- SALC Workshop on Planning 6 March 2013 – 1 place at £25 plus VAT
- SALC Workshop on Standing Orders 5 March 2013 – 3 places at £25 plus VAT totalling £75 plus VAT
- Grass Cutting Costs – quote received from current provider RGM and separate quotes being sought
- To update on Council Vacancies
- To accept the Council Risk Assessment and Freedom of Information Statement (to follow).
- To consider matters of information brought by the Chairman, Clerk or Councillors.
