Neighbourhood Watch has effectively wound up because of a change in the way it works. It's been replaced by Policing in Palgrave which you can find under the Home page sub menu. 

We will include information about Scams and how to protect yourself from them, on a separate subpage titled 'Scams' immediately after the Policing in Palgrave page and will endeavour to keep adding to this as we receive new information from the Police.
