Parish council meeting

The Palgrave Parish AGM is being held on Thursday 10th January in the community centre.

A meeting of Palgrave Parish Council will be held in the Community Centre, Palgrave at 7.30pm on Thursday 10th January 2013.

Note: The public have the right to attend Parish Council meetings. Parishioners may be invited to speak during an adjournment. Documents relating to current Planning Applications will be available for inspection and can be viewed by contacting the Parish Clerk – Katherine Jones: 01379 640196 or e-mail:palgravepc@gmail.com.

AGENDA

  1. Apologies
  2. Members’ declaration of interest and request for dispensation concerning any matter on the agenda.
  3. To receive reports from District Councillor David Burn, County Councillor Charles Michell and PCSO Nic Kegge.
  4. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held 13th December.
  5. Matters arising.
  6. Procedure to fill Councillor vacancies.
  7. To consider any Planning Applications or receive Decisions:
    1. None received so far.
  8. Village Green designation. Parish Council comments, if any, to be submitted to meet the 22 January 2013 deadline.
  9. Financial Report.
  10. To set the budget and precept for the financial year 2013 - 14.
  11. To consider matters of information brought by the Chairman, Clerk or Councillors.
  12. Date of next meeting: 14th February 2013.

 

It would be helpful if those wishing to raise matters for discussion could give details either to the Chairman or Vice Chairman at least one day prior.
