A meeting of Palgrave Parish Council will be held in the Community Centre, Palgrave at 7.30pm on Thursday 10th January 2013.

Note: The public have the right to attend Parish Council meetings. Parishioners may be invited to speak during an adjournment. 3. To receive reports from District Councillor David Burn, County Councillor Charles Michell and PCSO Nic Kegge.
4. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held 13th December.

6. Procedure to fill Councillor vacancies.
7. To consider any Planning Applications or receive Decisions:
   1. None received so far.
8. Village Green designation. Parish Council comments, if any, to be submitted to meet the 22 January 2013 deadline.
9. Financial Report.
10. To set the budget and precept for the financial year 2013 - 14.
11. To consider matters of information brought by the Chairman, Clerk or Councillors.
12. Date of next meeting: 14th February 2013.
